About The Medical Sphere

Premium shared workspaces for medical, aesthetic, and wellness professionals who want a polished environment without a long-term lease.

Our Mission

The Medical Sphere exists so that physicians, aesthetic injectors, and wellness providers can practice on their own terms.

Traditional clinic leases demand years of commitment, six-figure build-outs, and overhead you pay whether patients show up or not. We took the opposite approach: a fully equipped suite in the Hale Pawa'a Medical Building that you can book by the hour, the day, or the month. Launch a new practice, run a satellite day in Honolulu, or supplement your existing clinic, without the burden of a lease.
